What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We currently offer the following delivery options depending on your locality:

A. Free

  1. Pickup from our store at 12 Ashbourne Parade, London W5 3QS
  2. Local: Orders totalling £30 or above for addresses within 5 miles of our store
  3. UK mainland: Orders totalling £50 or above for addresses within the UK mainland and beyond 5 miles of our store.

B. Flat rate

  1. Local: £4.95 for orders below £30 and within 5 miles of our store.
  2. UK mainland: £9.95 for orders below £50 and beyond 5 miles of our store.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept:

  1. Cash on delivery (subject to verification by phone and at our discretion).
  2. Card: Major debit and credit cards
  3. Bank transfer

If you wish to pay by methods 1 or 3 above or have any other questions regarding payment, please contact us by emailing before your order.

How long will delivery take?

Depending on your locality and our delivery workload, we aim to delivery within 2-3 working days. Most local orders are delivered within 24 hours.

In order to avoid traffic and reducing your costs we usually deliver between 7-10pm.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use commercial-grade encrypting technology for secure transmission of your data and our payment processors are as secure as can be.

We do not store any card details on our computers and your personal data such as name, address and order details are only used in connection with your transaction and future orders.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We check your order and provide updates by email as we process your order. You’ll be notified by email and occasionally by phone if there’s a problem with your order or delivery.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you’ll receive your invoice and receipt by email when your payment is complete.
